



The Schedule 2 Employers’ Group is a not-for-profit association that was formed in 1989. It serves as a conduit for employer representatives from across Ontario to connect on workplace health, safety, and disability management issues.
We provide premium-quality education to both public and private sector organizations that relate to workplace wellness, health & safety, workers’ compensation, and disability management.
As defined by the WSIB, Schedule 2 organizations include:
- organizations funded by public funds (from the federal, provincial and/or municipal governments)
- organizations legislated by the province but self-funded
- A number of other businesses who are privately owned but involved in federally regulated industries such as telephone, airline, shipping and railway
