The WSIB has engaged Made Manifest, a service design firm, to assis them with the stakeholder engagement component of their Schedule 2 Review. This includes an online survey to gather feedback on the way the WSIB approaches and manages both physical injury and mental stress injury claims. The objective of the Schedule 2 Review is to evolve the way WSIB delivers service to Schedule 2 employers and their injured/ill employees, for both improved service and recovery and return to work outcomes.
